He finds her. He comes to her and compliments her for her strength and beauty. Then he quotes the queens and concubines as complimenting hr because she is someone special. Could he have been committed to her — yes. Did he stay committed–doubtful. He added 640 more queens and 220 more concubines. he wrote a book, Ecclesiastes, that tells about what didn’t work in his life. He had wisdom and incredible wealth, but didn’t handle it well. Most of what he said in Ecclesiastes is about what didn’t work in his life. He wrote a book, Proverbs, that was advise to a son from a father. The first section is advise he received from his father David, then he added some of his own advise. The last part of the book comes from a couple of other guys. They give advise on being a leader and end with a chapter describing a good wife. Notice that neither David or Solomon wrote that chapter. They were both good as getting women, they weren’t good at sustaining a relationship with a woman.
