Your neck is like the tower of David, built with elegance; on it hang a thousand shields, all of them shields of warriors. Your two breasts are like two fawns, like twin fawns of a gazelle that browse among the lilies. I will go to the mountain of myrrh and to the hill of incense.
The shields were hung on a tower when the kingdom was at peace.
Mountain of myrrh — her breasts.
Hill of incense
or the “hill of frankincense” refers to what is known in other literature as “the mount of Venus”. It is a reference to the female sexual organs centered in the area of the pubic hair which covers a small mound. (24)
Ok. I guess that describes it. I went to a play at CSUF called Vagina Monologues. They offered 50 words to describe this area. Since they are so many that can be used, I made up one of my own. We all seem to be more comfortable using some kind of slang or code. I call it the Golden Triangle. Business people joke about the golden rule in business. He who has the gold, makes the rules. In our society, she who has the golden triangle, makes the rules. Yes, No, stop, don’t stop, not now.
So I’ll use code words
Breasts == breasts, most people are comfortable with this.
Vagina and surrounding area == golden triangle
Penis == member. This will come up in Chapter Five
